We currently ship orders within Malaysia & Singapore only. 

2. Processing Time

    •    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

    •    Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time & Courier

    •    Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

    • We use trusted courier partners such as J&T Express, DHL, , Aramex or equivalent. 

    •    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Fees

    • A flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout.

    • Free shipping is available for Malaysia Only (Specific products )

5. Delays & Exceptions

    •    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather, public holidays, or courier issues.

    •    We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
